Production delivery time？
35 -40days for new order, 25-30 days for repeat orders.

Samples delivery time？
It is 15days to 21days.

Can i get free sample？
We can make samples, we do samples charge 5 times of order price, we will back 4 times samples charge after your order..

Can you make customized jewelry?
Yes, we accept manufacturing customized designed fashion jewelry, even customer logo, package are acceptable. You just need to send us detailed specification, picture or even original sample for bulk production.

How about your MOQ？
Normally, our MOQ is 20 dozen per style per color. MOQ will be different under different cases.

Inspection factory
We can pass any company for factory inspection.

Client’s own model and design ？
We can do client’s own model and design ,we do model charge , simple alloy model is USD50 per model. Different model have different charge. some difficult model need usd150 to usd500 . If simple alloy model that order reach to 600pcs, it is no need model charge .
